Beavis e Butthead basicamente peidavam, arrotava, davam risadas idiotas e falavam palavrões. O desenho estava longe de ser algo útil e construtivo, portanto.
O programa contava pequenas histórias
Um bom exemplo, é o episódio no qual Beavis e Butthead resolvem ficar ricos de uma maneira curiosa: tirando cópias em xerox de dinheiro - entenda cédulas e moedas. Obviamente, o plano não dá certo.
Neste e em todos os outros episódios, além da habitual baboseira, algumas pausas são feitas na história e a cena se move para a sala da casa de um deles. Os dois estão de frente para um aparelho de TV que roda clipes dos mais variados estilos da programação da MTV. Os personagens comentam os vídeos com toda a ênfase de seu gosto musical e seu estilo preferido: Rock'n'Roll.
Isso fica evidente pelos nomes de duas banads que estão estampados nas camisetas usadas pelos garotos em todos os episódios: Metallica e AC/DC.
Coincidentemente, ambas as bandas voltam às terras brasileiras após muitos anos. 27 de novembro e 30 de janeiro são as datas preciosas de vestirmos nossos trajes de Beavis e Butthead e esquecermos nossas vidas, apenas trocando a TV pelo palco.
Tudo isso, para a felicidade dos fãs brasileiros de rock, nas figuras de Beavis e Butthead.
